Where can I find your size guide?
We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly and understand that sizing can sometimes vary between brands. The size charts below provide the measurements of our garments which can be viewed in both Inches and Centimetres (CM).

What happens if my size isn’t available?
The shop provides for sale items that are in stock and available to purchase, if the size you are looking for isn’t available, please try to order at an alternative time, we replenish the shop regularly. If you require a size that is not normally available via the shop please contact email@example.com and we will advise if we are able to assist.

Postage and packing
Orders being sent within the UK are sent using Royal Mail’s 2nd class, UK Signed service. Postage and packing charges are listed below:
- Postage and packing charge for 1 item (small – pen, pin badge, keyring) £2.99
- Postage and packing charge for 1 item (large – t shirt, hooded sweatshirt, cap, neck warmer) £4.99
- Postage and packing charge for multiple items (any combination) £6.99
Orders being posted to European addresses are sent using Royal Mail’s International
Tracked and Signed service. Postage and packing charges are listed below:

We reserve the right to amend our postage and packing charges in line with any changes made by our suppliers.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
You will receive a shipping notice via e-mail when your order has been shipped. Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday (and the next working day after a public holiday if this falls during the working week). Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. Due to constraints as a result of current events, shipments and delivery may be delayed.

How do I return a product?
If you change your mind you may return your unused product for a full refund within 14 days of when your order is delivered. Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment within 14 days of Orbex receiving your return. To arrange the return your order, please send an e-mail with your order number to email@example.com, and an Orbex representative will be in touch. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We may ask you to return your item to our distributor rather than direct to us.
What can you do if my product is faulty?
We have a quality control process in place to ensure that all products supplied are of the best possible quality. If you experience any issues with products supplied please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
Can I get a price adjustment on an item I have already purchased?
Prices may alter in response to various activity including stock availability, demand from customer etc. This does mean an item price may change after you have purchased it.
We are not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.
What payment methods does Orbex accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
